    SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:

    WINDOWS

    • Running on all Windows platforms, from Win 7 to Win 11, 32 and 64 bit and on all Windows servers.

    MacOS and others

    • SimHeart and SimVessel also include .swf files to run on MacOS using a Shockwave player, e.g., the Elmedia Player, which can be downloaded for free.
    • On request, we will send links to platform independent online versions for SimHeart and SimVessel.

    INSTALLATION:

    With click on Download you receive an automatically generated email that gives you the download links to the zip files of your selected laboratories.

    In the attachment you will find the corresponding license files (.lic)

    Download the zip file(s) and unzip the downloaded file(s) to generate the program folder(s) at whatever place of your hard disk as you want.

    Copy the license file(s) (.lic) from your email into your corresponding program folder(s).

    You can start the programs with double-click on the .exe files which will open the virtual labs for your experiments.

    Please note: The license files for SimHeart andSimVessel MUST be renamed to SimHeart.lic and SimVessel.lic, respectively.

    The laboratories of the Demo versions are fully functioning with only minor restrictions, e.g. concerning user-defined pre-settings in SimNeuron or some supplementary materials. For example, in demo versions the tutorials and protocol forms are only in pdf-format while fully licensed versions include them also in editable Word-format, partly supplemented by protocol forms with example recordings.
